Slow cooking makes it more tender and juicer. In this video, I am cooking mutton stew in a simple way in a cast iron dutch oven. So let's get started Mutton Stew with this method. @Chef Ashish Kumar Ingredients: 500 grams of goat meat, 500 grams of onion, 1-2 inches of Cinnamon, 1 long pepper, 2-3 bay leaves, 4 whole red chilies, 4-5 cloves, 10-12 peppercorns, 2 black cardamoms, 2 green cardamoms, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 100 ml of mustard oil, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala, red chili powder as per taste, add salt as per taste, 50 ml of tomato puree, and coriander leaves to garnish.
